Sep. 4th, 2008 11:31 amWheeee! Someone put Madame Tutli Putli on you tube part 1 and part 2. It was nominated for 'best animated short' at the last Academy Awards. I saw it on arte last year and loved it. It's a stop-motion film and a bit spooky :-)
I also bring you some old old video clips of Mike Oldfield songs ...
jimaine42 already posted the one to "Innocent"
( Moonlight Shadow )
I guess this will always be one of my favourite songs :-)
( Tubular Bells 2003 )
OMG, this video ... no words ... so much crack
( Let there be light )
( North Point )
Yeah, the 80s ... :-) let's have more of early video clip "art"...
( Five Miles Out )
( Trick of the light )
( Wonderful Land )
( Shine )
( Islands (feat. Bonnie Tyler) )
I actually like this videos art - except he should have gotten a new haircut before filming. Ah well, it was 1991 and I guess everyone thought it was cool back then.
( Heaven's Open )
This is from the 2003 Tour(I saw it in Bonn). Pepsi Demacque, yes THAT Pepsi from Wham and Pepsi&Shriley, did a great job with all the songs. Especially "Family Man" (originally sung by Maggie Reilly) and "Shadow on the Wall" (Originally sung by Roger Chapman) were great.
( Family Man - Live )
( Shadow on the wall )
And the original clip with Roger
And finally 9 min from the instrumental album "Platinum"
( Platinum - Live '81 )
