Let the sunshine in your flat ... errr... heart

I'm back from my parents (was "housesitting" while they were away) and back in my own personal sauna. I'm glad that we finally have proper spring weather outside. And it's not that hot yet, 25-27°C, but my rooftop flat already has the same temperature inside as outside ... and it keeps the days temperature through the night :-( I should have pulled down all roller blinds last week. But at least the weather forecast says we won't hit 30°C so sashatwen won't experience the joy of having 30°C at midnight :-)
I'm off now to the city hall and then stock up my fridge.
The weather's supposed to stay like this over the long pentecost weekend. I think I'll check if some of my Bochum folks want to chill at a 'Biergarten' in the next days ^_^

Oh, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY (in advance) silverthoughts since I don't know if I have time tomorrow to read'n'write LJ tomorrow. sashatwen visits me today and tonight we are going to see Kevin Spacey and Jeff Goldblum in theatre. Yup, they actually take part in a theatre festival here in Germany. Spacey took part in the festival with his Old Vic production of Hamlet two years ago and I missed it. But he said he loved it and would be back - and here he is. silverthoughts I'm still hearing rumours that Jude might not be playing in London next year. Do know know anything about it? You already got a ticket, don't you?
