Regarding number 9), that one is hard. They just have 4 keywords listed, so I give you one myself "capital cities" ... but I bet I will need to give you more :-) I t might also help that not all ten series are from the US.

EDIT: ok, another keyword for number 9) "Alberich" :-). And I thought 1) would be the easiest o.O
EDIT #3: Series number 1 has a crossover episode with number 4. There is also a character that appeares in both series, an author who writes a book about boths series main characters.
Series number 10 ... well someone used an icon from that series below :-)
Number 9 ... 'immer wieder sonntags...'

7) that was easy :-) Yes it's Highlander.
3) and 10) - no
6) Wow, I didn't expcet this to be solved THAT fast. Yes, it's Riget/Geister/The Kingdom. It's a Danish series but one of the main characters is a Swede, so it turned up as a keyword on imdb.

7) Strangely, for Highlander it's "based on film" that was the key word for me :)
And then the rest fitted.

6) Ah, "disturbing" gave it away - there was no elevator that I could remember in Twin Peaks ;)

Yeah, I thought "disturbing" was a very good keyword. I missed a lot of episodes from "Twin Peaks" when it was shown. But it's released on DVD now here and I borrowed the first box from a friend to finally catch up.
